The Class:
Learn how to use utilize our signature CORE 3 breath technique to gain and maintain a functional pelvic floor to prepare you for carrying and birthing baby.

Resistance bands, light dumbbells and stability balls.

Safe and supportive pregnancy.

Strength

The Class:
You will be guided through a low impact training session to build confidence, empower the mind and strengthen the body during pregnancy. Mamas are coached in labor prep postures, breathing techniques, core stabilization, and life with babies.

The Equipment:
Dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, stability balls and TRX.

The Feels:
Awaken the mind to muscle connection.

Prenatal
Guided Walk

The Class:
A workout set to energizing music designed to maintain your fitness and inspire positive self-talk as you progress through your pregnancy journey.

The Equipment:
Comfortable walking shoes.

The Feels:
I’m ready for this.

Prenatal
Pilates

The Class:
Appropriate high intensity, low impact and full body movement. This mat Pilates inspired class uses balance, stability and body awareness to strengthen muscles, support the core and postural alignment.

The Equipment:
Ankle weights, sliders, and stability balls.

The Feels:
Energized and balanced.

Prenatal
Yoga

The Class:
Key class components include guided meditation, breathing exercises, stretching, fluid strength movement and playful dance. Join us for a true breath of fresh air as you progress through pregnancy.

Yoga mat, block, and strap.

Warm heart and thankful body.

Spin + Strength

The Class:
This is the ultimate hybrid experience that brings together a rhythmic indoor cycling class with strength training. We keep a safe intensity for 25 minutes on the bike and 25 minutes on the mat.

The Equipment:
Indoor cycling bike, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, and yoga mat.

The Feels:
Empowered. Anything is possible.

Postpartum Mama Classes

The Class:
Get ready to re-ignite your core after birth. We will focus on gaining strength as well as understanding how to utilize the pelvic floor on and off the mat.

Resistance bands, light dumbbells and stability balls.

Safe and supportive pregnancy healing.

Guided Walk

The Class:
A self-reflective and engaging workout featuring uplifting music that is designed to recondition your body in preparation for more challenging fitness to come and if needed, blow off some steam.

Comfortable walking shoes.

Pilates

The Class:
Work to elevate the heart rate through methodical movements inspired by the Pilates practice. We will integrate the CORE 3 breath for a full body low impact workout.

The Equipment:
Resistance bands, sliders, and small stability balls.

The Feels:
Burn baby burn.

The Class:
This practice is for mamas and babies. We work to reactivate good posture, reclaim confidence and relieve tension. This class encourages bonding with babies in a nurturing environment.

The Equipment:
Dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, bosu balls, stability balls and TRX.

The Feels:
Baby snuggles with squats. Strong arms and core to hold those growing babies.

Postpartum
Yoga

The Class:
We focus on bringing back breath to the body, re-energizing the core, improving balance, and stretching those mama muscles.

The Equipment:
Yoga mat, block, and strap.

The Feels:
Muscle release, clear mind and open heart.

Postpartum
Spin + Strength

The Class:
We have combined 25 minutes of indoor cycling and 25 minutes of strength conditioning to push your heart rate and increase endurance in the body after baby delivery.

The Equipment:
Indoor cycling bike, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and yoga mat.
